Our client, Mr. Mustafa Hemani, approached us with a vision — to create a well-organized, stylish, and comfortable home for his family within the constraints of a standard 3-bedroom apartment. The key challenge? Optimizing every square foot while maintaining elegance and functional flow. 3D layout design allowed us to bridge imagination with practicality, offering Mr. Hemani a crystal-clear visualization before execution began.
A contemporary modern theme was chosen, guided by a palette of earthy neutrals, warm wood tones, and sleek modern lines. We combined minimal aesthetics with soft textures and bespoke décor elements to deliver a space that feels both luxurious and lived-in. The visual identity of each room was aligned to create a cohesive language across the apartment — one that echoed sophistication with subtlety.
Through 3D modelling, we crafted a precise spatial layout, smartly zoning private, semi-private, and utility areas. Each room served its distinct purpose while allowing seamless movement throughout. The entrance opened into a welcoming living and dining area, flanked by bedrooms strategically positioned for privacy and calm. This planning allowed for functionality without compromising on aesthetic appeal.
From matte wood laminates and marble textures to soft upholstery and polished metallic accents, every surface was chosen to balance comfort and refinement.
