Our designers chose a modern-contemporary theme—clean lines, understated elegance, and a balance between visual warmth and functional sophistication. Using our 3D modelling services, we strategically planned zones for privacy, utility, and recreation. The layout maximized the use of available square footage, ensuring seamless transitions between rooms. To reflect the client’s refined taste, we used a mix of natural finishes and tactile materials—polished wood, textured laminates, subtle stone accents, and soft furnishings in warm neutrals.
