The Shape Interiors is delighted to showcase the transformation of a rooftop terrace for Mr. Hussain Ali Ratnani in Karachi, designed with a harmonious blend of Zen, modern, and minimalist elements. This tranquil space features carefully selected gravel flooring and vibrant red and white planters, creating a calming ambiance that resonates with nature. To enhance the experience, we incorporated versatile lighting solutions, allowing for varying moods—from dim, soothing environments for meditation to bright, inviting settings for family gatherings. Bamboo-covered walls were elegantly polished in dark brown, while light pink accents were added to achieve a balanced aesthetic. Special plants were strategically placed to further elevate the serene atmosphere. One of the challenges faced during the project was the noise from the cemented floor, which we successfully mitigated by applying epoxy to the gravel, achieving the desired tranquility. The final result fulfilled the client’s vision of a peaceful retreat for family dinners and reflection, leading to high satisfaction and numerous referrals. This project, executed in collaboration with Danish Interiors, reflects our commitment to excellence in interior design consultancy and execution.
