The client, Mr. Mustafa Hemani, approached us with a vision for his apartment that was modern, balanced, and deeply functional. The main challenge? Making the most of every square foot without compromising elegance. With a young family and active lifestyle, our aim was to deliver a 3D layout that offered both visual sophistication and practical ease for daily living.
We adopted a modern minimalist approach infused with warm tones and subtle textures. The idea was to create clean lines, uncluttered spaces, and an airy feel while still offering depth and character through curated accents. Every element—be it furniture, wall finishes, or decor—was chosen to align with the client’s refined taste and the natural flow of the apartment.
Our 3D layout meticulously defined zones for relaxation, entertainment, dining, and private moments. The master bedroom was designed as a calming retreat, while the children’s room was crafted with playful yet organized energy. The living area smoothly connects to the dining and kitchen space, creating a cohesive environment perfect for hosting and family interaction.
The chosen palette included soft neutrals, muted greys, and hints of earthy browns, promoting a sense of calm and sophistication. We layered this with textures like matte wood finishes, brushed metal fixtures, and light textiles to add richness and tactile warmth to the visual design. These details were rendered to perfection in our 3D visualizations, allowing the client to experience the space even before execution.
Lighting is more than functionality—it sets the tone for every space. In this project, we used a mix of recessed ceiling lights, pendant fixtures, and warm ambient lighting to create inviting moods. Accent lighting helped highlight feature walls and décor elements, adding drama and depth.
