The chosen theme leaned into contemporary minimalism with a serene color palette — soft taupes, earthy greys, and warm whites. These tones offered a calming backdrop, fostering a peaceful atmosphere while ensuring visual clarity, especially important for elderly occupants. Subtle gold accents and rich textures added a layer of luxury, without overwhelming the senses.
Every square foot was planned with precision. From wide, clutter-free hallways to non-slip flooring and accessible door widths, mobility was central to the layout. Key zones like the bedroom, living area, and bathroom were positioned for quick and easy navigation. We integrated assistive-friendly layouts that allowed the use of walkers or wheelchairs without disruption to the flow of the home.
Surfaces were chosen not only for their aesthetic appeal but for their tactile comfort and safety. Anti-skid matte tiles, soft-edge furniture, and rounded corners were incorporated throughout the home. Durable, hypoallergenic upholstery ensured the home was both cozy and health-conscious.
