This Service Policy is the comprehensive, transparent guide for engaging with The Shape Interiors. It consolidates and clarifies the core operational, financial, and legal terms set out in our foundational documents (Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy). By initiating contact or making a payment, you agree to all terms herein.
Section 1: Our Service Commitment & Scope
The Shape Interiors operates strictly as a design consultancy and 3D visualization service provider.
The Client is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete site measurements, photos, videos, and any necessary CAD files. Errors, costs, or delays arising from inaccurate Client-provided data are the responsibility of the Client.
Section 2: Engagement, Payment, and Financial Terms
2.1. Proposal Validity
All Proposal details, including pricing and timelines, are valid for a period of two (2) working days from the date of issuance. Failure to accept or make the initial deposit within this period renders the Proposal void.
2.2. Initial Booking and Security Deposit
All projects, including Consultations, require an initial, non-refundable Security/Booking Deposit.

2.3. Payment Milestones (3D Projects)
Payments for 3D Layout and 3D Modelling projects are structured in three steps:
Design work only commences or resumes after confirmation of cleared payment deposits.
Section 3: Project Execution and Timelines
3.1. Working Days Definition
Working days are Monday to Friday only. Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or unexpected company off-days are strictly excluded from the timeline calculation.
3.2. Standard Delivery Time
The standard project timeline is 10 working days for every 1,000 sq. ft. of space.
3.3. Client Feedback Deadline (CRITICAL)
The Client must provide all requested feedback and approvals in a timely manner.
Section 4: Service Specifics, Pricing, and Deliverables

The following items are not included in the standard service fee and require a separate charge:
4.2. Post-Delivery Support
The Shape Interiors will remain available for 60 days after final delivery for minor styling adjustments or design clarifications. Involvement beyond this period is subject to availability and possible charges.
Section 5: Critical Operational Policies
5.1. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments made for any service are strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable.
5.2. Intellectual Property (IP) and Promotional Rights
5.3. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall be initially addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, the dispute will be definitively settled by arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, under the provisions of the Pakistan Arbitration Act.
