This private beachfront villa was designed to evoke a serene connection between indoor living and the surrounding natural beauty. Our goal was to create a tranquil retreat—calm, airy, and grounded in organic simplicity.

The objective was to create a Modern & Minimalist 2-Bedroom Apartment Design that maximizes space and delivers a serene atmosphere. The concept features an Open-plan lounge and kitchen for enhanced social interaction and a Smart furniture layout that optimizes space without compromising comfort. The use of a Subtle color palette and Layered lighting ensures warmth and a calming ambiance throughout the home.

Material Palette

  • Flooring: Premium wood-textured flooring throughout the apartment for a cohesive, warm feel.
  • Kitchen: High-gloss cabinets paired with a marble backsplash for a sleek, modular look.
  • Ceiling & Lighting: Custom false ceiling with layered warm lighting, cove lighting, and integrated ceiling fans.
  • Textiles: Neutral-toned sofas and neutral textiles complemented by Modern hexagonal wall décor.
  • Accents: Green indoor plants for a serene, natural touch.
