  • Storage Location: All digital data, including project files and PII, is stored on secure, encrypted servers. For local clients, primary data storage is within Pakistan; for international clients, data may be stored on international cloud servers compliant with industry-standard security protocols.
  • Security Measures: We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards (e.g., encryption, access controls, physical security) to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your data.
  • Data Retention:
    • Project Files: We retain final design deliverables (renders, layouts) indefinitely for portfolio use, historical reference, and to facilitate potential future projects with you.
    • PII: Financial and contractual records (PII) are retained as required by the laws of Pakistan (typically for a minimum of seven years) for tax and audit purposes.
