This private beachfront villa was designed to evoke a serene connection between indoor living and the surrounding natural beauty. Our goal was to create a tranquil retreat—calm, airy, and grounded in organic simplicity.

Design Concept

The concept centers on “Structural Fluidity and Material Balance.” By utilizing floating tray ceilings and recessed lighting, we define functional zones without physical barriers. The material palette contrasts the coolness of Bookmatched Statuario marble with the warmth of fluted timber and textured linens. The result is a curated, contemporary sanctuary that prioritizes timeless quality over fleeting trends.

  • Bookmatched Statuario Marble: Used for the living room focal wall to provide a sense of natural grandeur and luxury.
  • Fluted Timber Paneling: Natural wood vertical slats that add warmth and acoustic dampening to the social spaces.
  • Matte Charcoal & Greige Porcelain: Large-format floor tiles that offer a seamless, sophisticated foundation throughout the home.
  • Smoked Glass & Tinted Mirrors: Utilized in partitions and headboard details to expand the visual space and add a layer of mood.
  • Brushed Champagne Metals: Found in lighting fixtures and hardware to provide a subtle, high-end warmth against the neutral palette.
