The design philosophy centers on “Tactile Minimalism,” where every surface is intended to be felt as much as seen. We approached the 1,600-square-foot layout by prioritizing spatial fluidity, ensuring the transition from the social living zones to the private three-bedroom wing felt seamless yet distinct. The emotional experience is one of grounded opulence; we utilized deep architectural shadows and integrated cove lighting to add mystery and depth. By layering reflective metals against matte stones and warm timbers, the elements work in dialogue to produce a home that feels curated, expansive, and deeply personal.
