Design Concept

Our concept, “The Global Edit,” focuses on the intersection of raw material integrity and architectural precision. We utilised a sophisticated palette of charcoal, champagne, and slate, punctuated by rich textures like velvet and marble. The design prioritises layered lighting and floating joinery to ensure the 1600 ft² footprint feels expansive yet intimate. This project rejects trends in favour of a timeless, curated narrative.

Material Palette

  • Italian High-Gloss Marble: We used this for the flooring and media walls to provide a luminous, reflective base that exudes high-end luxury throughout.
  • Fluted Wood Panelling: This vertical timber detailing adds a rhythmic, organic texture, softening the sharp architectural lines of the social zones.
  • Matte Charcoal Lacquer: We chose this sleek finish for the kitchen cabinetry to provide a minimalist, sophisticated contrast to the white quartz surfaces.
  • Champagne Velvet Upholstery: This plush fabric provides tactile comfort in the Master Suite, enhancing the room’s atmosphere of restorative, quiet luxury.
  • Brushed Bronze & Matte Black: These metallic accents in fixtures and mirrors provide a sharp, modern edge and a touch of curated London glamour.

Key Features

A book-matched stone feature serves as a sculptural anchor, hiding technology to maintain a clean, high-design aesthetic.
Custom vanities and bed frames create a sense of weightlessness, visually expanding the 1600 ft² layout while adding modern flair.
We used recessed coves and sleek profiles to create an atmospheric glow, avoiding bulky tracks for a seamless, clean finish.
These feature floor-to-ceiling marble and matte black fixtures, transforming daily rituals into a high-end, private spa experience.
We designed seamless, handle-less cabinetry throughout the apartment to ensure the luxury aesthetic remains entirely clutter-free.
